Our 12 Week Ladies Fat-loss Programme uses a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercise, and goes through 3 x 4 week cycles.
Week 1-4: Training 4 x per week.
Week 5-8 Training 5 x per week.
Week 9-12 Training 6 x per week.
This will be a gym based programme that is ran through our app, and monitored on a daily basis for the duration of the programme. Weekly nutritional adjustments will be made as required.
