Do I need to have a gym membership to use your service?

Yes, to get the best results from our programs, you’ll need access to a well-equipped gym with a good selection of resistance equipment. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what equipment you need – we’ll guide you through it.

How do you keep track of what I’m up to?

Our training app allows us to monitor your training progress, nutrition and daily activity levels from a Garmin, Fitbit or Apple fitness watch.

What do you charge for online personal training?

Our service is priced at £150/month, this covers personalised training programmes, nutritional support, and accountability to keep you on track.

I’m completely new to online personal training, is this for me?

People regularly go to the gym with no real guidance or understanding of what it takes to progress. We’ll take all the guess work out, and show you how to make your time more productive.

How do I know I’m doing the exercises correctly without the trainer being with me?

Each exercise has an instruction video and text that goes in depth for each movement and the do’s and dont’s to get the best return for your efforts

What kind of nutrition support do you offer?

We’ll help you develop a healthy, balanced diet that supports your fitness goals. We’ll provide you with guidance on meal planning, portion control, and healthy eating habits.
